Multiple committee have been formed to recommend decisions on various topics to the Downtown Campus Center Governance Board.
Operations Planning Committee- This committee will recommend policies and processes on various operational items such as management of office supplies and room reservation policies for conference rooms, huddle rooms and focus rooms, etc.
Parking & Security Committee - This committee will recommend policies and processes for occupant and visitor parking and checking in guests. In addition, they will help determine policies about equipment security and building hours.
Arts & Culture Committee - This committee will recommend a selection of art, prints and/or photographs to be displayed on the public area walls at the DCC. In addition, they will coordinate with individual groups to personalize their neighborhood.
DCC Governance Board - This governing committee will review and approve all recommendations from the various DCC activation planning committees.
Scanning & Digitization - Campus IT, Campus Records Management and BFSI have started the paper digitization process for the Downtown Center and UC Path. The first wave of departments to participate is Human Resources and HRPC. If you have any questions, please reach out Jose Magana Jr in IT.
