Major Capital Projects

Major Capital Projects require formal review, consideration and approval from campus leadership.

"Major Capital Improvement Projects" are those projects with an estimated cost greater than $750,000. Under the Presidential Delegation of Authority, Major Capital Improvement Projects with an estimated cost up to $60 million can be approved on campus for budget, design, and appointment of the executive architect. Projects over $60 million require Regents approval of budget and design.
